TERMS OF SERVICE
Using Innocept.
These terms describe use of the Innocept website and business workspace. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
Who provides the service
Innocept is operated by Ashlin. Contact admin@innocept.co.uk for service or privacy questions.
Correspondence address: 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF.
Phone: +44 (0)20 4625 4472.
The service and its current availability
Innocept is an early-stage business workspace for configuring digital employees, tasks, permissions and connected accounts. Features vary by release and configuration. The services page distinguishes current features from planned workflows. Illustrative conversations are examples, not evidence of completed customer work. We do not promise a release date, continuous availability or a particular business outcome.
Your account and authority
Use accurate account information and protect your credentials. Only add a business, invite users or connect an external account if you are authorized to do so. Business owners are responsible for membership, permissions and the information supplied to the workspace. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Customer information and acceptable use
You must have authority and an appropriate basis to provide customer information. Give affected people appropriate information about its use. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Do not use Innocept for unlawful activity, unsolicited messaging, impersonation, security attacks or attempts to access another business’s records.
Connected services
Google and other connected services have their own terms and availability. You choose whether to grant access and can disconnect supported connections in your workspace. Connecting an account does not activate unfinished automation. Disconnecting does not automatically remove previously stored business records; see the privacy policy for access revocation and deletion routes.
Automation and review
When an automated feature becomes available, review its settings and permissions before enabling it. AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate and require appropriate human review. Do not rely on the service for emergency, medical, legal or other high-stakes decisions. You remain responsible for approving business actions and checking important results.
Pricing and usage
Creating an account or sending a contact enquiry does not by itself authorize a payment. Any paid service must have pricing and payment terms agreed before charging. Usage counts and credit figures displayed in the workspace are not themselves an invoice or permission to charge. Availability and usage limits may apply.
Your content
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You permit processing of that information as necessary to provide the features you choose, subject to the privacy policy and any applicable agreement. Do not provide information that infringes someone else’s rights.
Stopping use and deletion
You can stop using the service and disconnect accounts. An authorized owner can request business deletion through the available workspace controls. For account closure or other deletion requests, contact us. Deletion and credential retention limitations are described in the privacy policy.
Service changes and access restrictions
We may change or withdraw development features and restrict access where needed to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. We will explain material changes affecting your use where reasonably possible. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
