CURRENT RELEASE

What you can use today

Create a business workspace, configure your Customer Assistant and tasks, and connect Google Calendar, Sheets, Drive and Gmail accounts. Google account connections are available to permitted users while the app is being tested.

Connecting an account does not start automation. Website chat and automatic appointment booking are not enabled in the public release. Gmail message processing and sending, spreadsheet tasks and Drive document processing are still in development.

Calendar connection setup checks availability access. Drive setup checks API access, Gmail setup checks mailbox profile access, and Sheets setup checks granted permissions. We do not describe these checks as completed customer workflows.

Sales, Finance and Reputation Assistants are future plans. No release dates or business outcomes are guaranteed. Read about Google connections.

ONE BUSINESS. MANY WAYS TO HELP.

A bigger vision for your digital team.

We’re starting with the Customer Assistant. The wider direction is a team of specialised Digital Employees across sales, finance, reputation and everyday operations, each with a clear role and boundaries you set.

01Your starting point

A TEAM YOU CAN OVERSEE

The work moves forward. You stay informed.

As the digital team grows, our aim is one place for your activity feed, task history and monitoring: see what’s been done, what needs approval and what needs your attention.

PLANNED WORKFLOW · CUSTOMER ASSISTANT

A helpful conversation.
A useful outcome.

A new customer shouldn’t have to wait for your working day to slow down. We are developing the Customer Assistant to handle these first steps and keep you informed. The following journey illustrates the intended workflow.

01

A question gets an answer

Your assistant welcomes website visitors and answers everyday questions using your services, opening hours and business information.

02

The details come together

It asks what the customer needs and gathers their contact details, giving you a useful enquiry instead of an unfinished conversation.

03

An appointment takes shape

It checks your connected Google Calendar, offers suitable times and confirms the booking. You can review the activity in your workspace.
